Admissions and lesson format
- New students begin with an inquiry or trial lesson based on level, goals, age, language, and availability.
- The school may recommend a different format or lesson structure than the one first requested if that would better serve the student.
- Lesson frequency, tuition, and enrollment format are confirmed after the inquiry stage.
Scheduling and cancellations
- Lessons are scheduled in advance and confirmed after payment or written agreement.
- Students should request changes at least 48 hours before the lesson whenever possible.
- If a lesson must be cancelled by the studio, a replacement time or suitable alternative will be offered.
Privacy
Inquiry forms collect only the information needed to review applications, respond to prospective students, and administer lessons.
Submitted information is stored securely and used only for admissions, scheduling, and related lesson administration.
